Rum Making Session

Revel Aboard Our Rum Bus!

All aboard the Rum School Bus! Learn about the history of one of the most popular spirits in the world, its origins and the different methods of crafting it. Then it’s over to you, to create your own blend of spices and botanicals to distill into your rum. Once the still is on, you will be able to design your personalised label for your bottle. All of this whilst sipping on a rum cocktail or two, is this the best school bus in the world? We think it might be!

What we do:

Join us in our authentic American school bus

You will receive a welcome rum punch while our lead distiller talks a little of the history of this popular spirit and learn about the different types of rum.

Our lead distiller will guide you through various botanicals, spices and flavours as you start to build your rum profile.

Learn about the science behind the distilling, load your still and let it run.

You will decide when to make the cut! Whilst your rum is distilling sip on another rum based drink and design your own personalised label.

Mix down your rum and find out how strong it is, label your bottle and decide the finish of your rum.

Take away your 35cl bottle of rum, in a jute bag, and discover your perfect serve!
